How will I know if I’ve won?

Yes. Once you have purchased a ticket you will receive a confirmation email that includes your ticket numbers. If you have not received this, don't forget to check your junk folders.
You will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details and ticket numbers. You can also log into your account and check your active and past tickets numbers.

Larger prizes will be hand-delivered from an Elite Competitions team member within 5 days of the winner being announced. Smaller prizes can arrive much sooner. All deliveries are free of charge.

No, whilst we'd love you to be able to follow our account we understand that not everyone has Facebook. Our live draws are also streamed on YouTube where no account is required.
You will be contacted by telephone within 24 hours of winning and InstaWin prize and if you win one of our Jackpot End Prizes you will be contacted immediately after the live draw. If there is no answer or an incorrect number on your account we will contact you by email.
