On Friday July 28th, 2023 we announced Kerry Crompton from Docking, Norfolk as the winner of our competition to win a house or a £200,000 tax-free cash alternative.
The competition ran throughout July and ended on Friday 28th July at 5.30pm. We used their state-of-the-art lottery machine to find a winner. The machine pulled out ticket #H345 which was purchased by Kerry Crompton.
This was our fourth house giveaway in as many years and the entry was available from just £4.99 per ticket.
The house valued at £260,000 located in Thornton-Cleveleys, on the Fylde Coast of Lancashire was a three-bedroom bungalow, which had recently undergone a £75,000+ renovation that has seen the 3-bedroom semi-detached bungalow transformed. We also added £20,000 of new furniture all included with the prize.
On Thursday 3rd July, Kerry and her family visited the winning house to make her decision and opted for the £200,000 cash alternative which was transferred into her bank account the very same day.
Kerry said: “This was my first time playing and I bought 6 tickets, I didn’t believe it when they called, but this win means the world to me and my daughter. We’ve not had it easy lately and I will be using the money to stop renting and purchase my own dream home in Norfolk.”
