All of the Elite team hop on camera from time to time, but we've got three main presenters when it comes to our live draw! Every competition closes with our end prize winner being found using our bespoke lottery ball machine.
Most commonly, you'll see Luke, who spends his time as our content creator. Anything video, Luke has made! He joined the business in 2023 and is our resident southerner (so we apologise about his accent).
But, we've also got Tom and Georgie who will be hosting live draws from time to time. They're both seasoned veterans of Elite Competitions, with Tom being part of the business since 2018! Georgie spends her time as our Customer Service Manager, which means she speaks first-hand to all of our winners! If you've won anything over the years, chances are Georgie has spoken to you.
So you can get to know the guys, we asked them three very important questions.
Luke
How was your first live draw?
"Thankfully I had the chance to watch Tom present for a few months before I started doing it, so I had some good footsteps to follow in. I was nervous because you can't edit a mistake out if you do make one, but I quickly found my rhythm and now I love doing these. Best part of my week."
What’s one skill or talent you have that no one at work knows about?
"I can do a cracking Johnny Vegas impression, but it's completely pointless so I never do it. I mean, I think it's good, but I'll let you be the judge of that"
What’s your favourite takeaway?
"Got to be a Chinese. Noodles, rice, salt and chili chicken. Bosh."
Georgie
How was your first live draw?
"My First draw was with Mr Tom. And viewers called us the Holly Willoughby and Phil Schofield of Elite"
What’s one skill or talent you have that no one at work knows about?
"I can speak Spanish!" - definitely test her on this next time she's live!
What’s your favourite takeaway?
"ooo Too many to choose, but would have to go for Indian"
Tom
How was your first live draw?
“I remember the first time I stepped in front of the camera to do my first ‘Live Draw’; being broadcasted across a social media platform whilst pretending to know what I was doing was not my idea of fun at the time. I often go back to that first live draw before the days of Zoom calls and Teams meetings just to see how I handled the pressure of speaking to a few hundred people via the internet.”
Make sure you tune into our live draw every Tuesday and Friday on Facebook and YouTube!
