Thornton Cleveleys fishmonger Lee Furnival has just bagged not one, but two Land Rover Defender 90s.
Lee, who runs Simply Fish, spent just £28 on tickets before his name was pulled live from our Blackpool HQ. Faced with the option of a £55,000 cash alternative, he didn’t hesitate to stick with the pair of iconic 4x4s.
“I’m absolutely buzzing,” Lee told us when we handed over the keys. “I’ve always been a fishmonger, and now I’m a fishmonger with two Defenders on my driveway! It still doesn’t feel real.”
Thousands tuned in to watch the live draw on Friday night, as Lee’s lucky number came out as the winner.
The Land Rover Defender 90 is one of the most desirable off-roaders on the market right now, so for Lee to take home two at once is a first in Elite history - and we couldn’t be happier it went to a local lad.
